Talent Sourcing Specialist
Job Summary
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Sourcing Specialist will generate candidate leads for Commercial and Residential Real Estate roles by utilizing diverse resources to attract and engage top talent nationally.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize various tools, including social media and job boards, to find and engage top talent
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline through strategic outreach
- Serve as a subject matter expert on competitor insights and market trends that impact talent sourcing
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of relevant candidate sourcing experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Sourcing experience in Commercial Real Estate or Residential Real Estate strongly preferred
- Experience using Workday Recruiting is preferred
- Proven ability to deliver diverse candidate slates for challenging roles
