Talent Sourcing Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time remote Talent Sourcing Strategist will develop sourcing strategies for diverse roles, leverage data and AI tools for effective outreach, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own and build sourcing pipelines for various roles across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Utilize data and market insights to inform sourcing strategies and target potential candidates
• Drive employer branding initiatives and create memorable candidate experiences throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup or cyber security space
• Experience in cross-functional sourcing across GTM roles in different regions
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of the sourcing workflow
• Strong data-driven mindset, utilizing market data and pipeline metrics for decision-making
• Creative outreach skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively
