Talent Strategist - Marketing Recruiting

Job Summary

To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Talent Strategist - Marketing Recruiting will collaborate with hiring managers to create engaging job postings, recruit for various marketing and creative roles, and manage the candidate screening process while working onsite in Austin, Texas, and remotely up to three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft engaging job postings
• Recruit across a full range of marketing and creative roles, screening applicants and managing interview logistics
• Conduct passive talent searches and present qualified candidates to clients, guiding them through the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing exposure with a strong understanding of relevant roles and skills
• Experience working with larger global organizations or brands is beneficial
• Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• An associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred
