Talent Supply Chain Consultant
Job Summary
To support workforce needs, the full-time remote Talent Supply Chain Consultant will manage full cycle recruitment, provide consultative support to hiring managers, and utilize procurement technologies to facilitate the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct full cycle recruitment and consult with hiring managers to determine sourcing strategies
- Monitor requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates to align with market standards
- Build relationships with clients and suppliers while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met through continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Recruitment background or equivalent experience in temporary labor or customer service
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in workforce management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and VMS tools
