TAP Business Analyst Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM will engage with customers to define business rules, manage backlog grooming, and ensure deliverables align with requirements throughout a 7-month project with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to document and clarify business rules and self-assessment criteria
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and prioritize tasks with government stakeholders
- Validate project increments against established requirements and lead sprint ceremonies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- CBAP or IIBA-CCBA certification; Certified ScrumMaster preferred
- Background in military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR preferred
- Ability to pass a US Government background check
