TAP Functional Lead
Job Summary
Supporting a collaborative team remotely, the full-time salaried TAP Functional Lead will manage business rules, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and serve as the primary contact for government customers while ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Work with customers to define and document business rules and self-assessment criteria
- Run backlog grooming sessions and prioritize tasks with government stakeholders
- Validate increments against requirements and facilitate sprint ceremonies and demonstrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- CBAP or IIBA-CCBA certification; Certified ScrumMaster preferred
- Background in military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR preferred
- MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
