Task Manager (SERE)
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Task Manager (NSW SERE).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of task orders, ensuring technical and quality control
- Manage business relations and coordinate activities to ensure contract compliance
- Document and address contractor performance issues, developing corrective action plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contract or Task Manager for a similar scope
- At least 3 years' experience as a SERE Level C instructor or equivalent
- Strong understanding of IDIQ contract structures and federal acquisition regulations
- Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous task orders or programs
