Job Summary
To support a growing tax practice, the full-time hybrid Tax Associate - Texas Licensed will prepare individual, estate, and fiduciary tax returns for US and non-US residents while collaborating with senior staff and participating in tax planning for high-net-worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare individual, estate, and fiduciary tax returns under supervision
- Service entrepreneurs and co-founders with net worth over $10M
- Participate in tax planning and consultation processes with tax lawyers and wealth management firms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or working towards completion
- 1-2 years of general tax or accounting experience
- Adept at using tax software and accounting tools, including international tax compliance software
- Ability to identify and address complex international tax issues
- Working towards CPA is a plus; proficiency in French is also a plus
