Job Summary

Serving as the tax analytic specialist, the full-time salaried Tax Data Analytics Supervisor will reconcile payroll and tax discrepancies, manage customer communications, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor payroll functions and collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvement
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of payroll and taxes across US jurisdictions
• Research and resolve tax discrepancies, communicating findings and solutions to customers

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of payroll tax experience
• 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Flexibility in hours to accommodate customer needs
• Experience in payroll and tax regulations
