As a full-time remote Tax Exempt Retirement Manager, the successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for assigned sponsored retirement plans, focusing on exceptional service, relationship management, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans
- Resolve service and communication issues through direct interaction with plan sponsors, participants, and internal teams
- Identify and support plan retention opportunities with sponsors and distribution partners
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client support skills
