Job Summary
To support a growing financial coaching practice, the full-time remote Tax Team Lead will manage a team of tax Money Coaches, oversee coaching operations, and utilize data to enhance member outcomes while also providing direct coaching to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of tax Money Coaches while providing ongoing training and performance coaching
- Design and maintain coaching processes to meet service levels and reporting requirements set by contracts
- Analyze coaching metrics to identify trends and implement improvements in team skills and coaching methods
Required Qualifications
- Government Tier 2 Public Trust
- Minimum of 5 years of tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years managing teams in coaching, counseling, financial services, or customer success
- Strong understanding of personal finance and behavioral economics
