Job Summary
To support financial advisors and advisory teams, the full-time Professional Team Growth Consultant will provide strategic consulting on practice management, financial management, and succession planning, while working remotely within the US.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on advanced practice management topics and facilitate strategic planning engagements
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations
- Lead consulting engagements and workshops to enhance team effectiveness and drive business transformation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching or consulting financial advisors on collaborative practice-building initiatives
- Proven practice management experience with advanced teaming structures and client service models
- Experience in content creation and facilitation, with strong presentation skills for diverse group settings
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytical tools for delivering personalized client experiences
