Job Summary
Empowering a talented development team, the full-time remote Team Lead, AAPI Dock Team will mentor team members, foster collaboration, and bridge business needs with innovative technical solutions while ensuring technical excellence in delivering LinOS features.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop team members through regular 1:1s, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Provide technical expertise for production issues and facilitate cross-team communication on shared solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership or mentoring capabilities
- 3+ years of experience working with warehouse management systems
- Proficiency with Java and the JVM ecosystem
- Strong database experience, including design, optimization, and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
