Job Summary
To enhance the core product of a leading Android app, the full-time Team Lead, Android Development will manage major features from inception to release, ensure team collaboration, and improve code reliability in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver major features in collaboration with the design team
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to foster team learning
- Unblock team members and streamline processes to reduce manual interventions in releases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on team leadership and hands-on development
