Job Summary
Overseeing the collection of all receivables, the full-time remote Team Lead, Collections will manage a team of 3-5 Collectors, develop effective collection strategies, and analyze delinquent accounts while mentoring Accounts Receivable analysts.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve collection issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner
- Prepare reports summarizing account information and trends, focusing on high-risk accounts
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proven track record of meeting collections goals while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems, preferably Great Plains
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
