Team Lead - Facilities Asset Management
Job Summary
Leading analytical and planning activities for the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Program, the full-time Team Lead - Installation Facilities Asset Management will manage enterprise asset management tasks, oversee real property portfolio analysis, and ensure compliance with government criteria in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and validation of force-level real property portfolios in iNFADS, ensuring accuracy of asset inventories and facility condition data
- Identify strategic trends and planning insights to support long-term sustainment and mission readiness
- Develop and review installation master plan submissions and validate Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) for government approval
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in facilities management or asset management
- Experience with Marine Corps asset management or facilities data systems, including iNFADS
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex asset inventories and facility requirements
- Experience developing or reviewing installation master plans and facility planning documents
- Ability to lead teams and ensure quality and compliance of deliverables
