Team Lead, Human Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Team Lead, Human Data Operations will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee performance management, and drive operational excellence while working onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and guideline adherence
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers and Engineering to translate model needs into effective labeling strategies

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, JIRA, or equivalent
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts impacting model performance
