Job Summary
Managing a remote team, the full-time Team Lead Implementation Benefits will oversee operations, provide coaching and training, and drive process improvements while serving as a technical resource for Implementation Consultants and Analysts.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a technical and procedural resource, supporting Implementation Consultants and Analysts with inquiries
- Partner with the Team Trainer to develop and coach new and existing team members
- Compile performance metrics and provide recommendations on performance management and team improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical/problem-solving role, such as project management or business analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and OneNote
