Job Summary
Serving as the technical Subject Matter Expert for MIS software products, the full-time Team Lead, Integration will manage client discovery processes, translate business objectives into technical requirements, and oversee data feed integrations while mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert for MIS software, addressing data quality and security concerns
- Lead the client discovery process to understand client needs and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Execute data feed integration tasks, ensuring accurate reporting and successful month-end close
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
- 4-5 years of experience in data or accounting analysis, with 1+ year in software QA analysis
- Technical proficiency in SFTP setup, ETLs, advanced SQL querying, and API analysis
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and software bug analysis
- Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
