Job Summary
Leading a team of Portfolio Managers, the full-time Team Lead, Portfolio Management will manage existing credit relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and proactively identify credit risks and revenue opportunities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the SBA and Portfolio Management Team, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
- Manage a portfolio of credit relationships, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidance
- Conduct loan reviews and document changes, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 6+ years of relevant portfolio management experience
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial statements and cash flow
- Knowledge of banking and commercial lending products
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
