Team Lead Retirement Plan Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Retirement Plan Services team, the full-time Team Lead Retirement Plan Analyst will provide guidance and training to analysts while managing a personal caseload of retirement plan administration tasks, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team escalations and technical support
- Perform all aspects of retirement plan administration, including contributions processing and compliance testing
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of Retirement Plan Analysts while promoting a collaborative team environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan administration, compliance testing, and IRS regulations
- Experience preparing Form 5500 filings and performing compliance testing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
