Job Summary
To support the Retirement Plan Services team, the fully remote Team Lead Retirement Plan Analyst will manage a personal caseload of retirement plan administration and serve as a key resource for analysts by providing guidance, training, and support for escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team escalations and technical support while assisting with onboarding and training of Retirement Plan Analysts
- Perform all aspects of retirement plan administration, including contributions processing, compliance testing, and preparing regulatory reports
- Monitor team workflow, provide progress updates to management, and manage special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan administration, compliance testing, and IRS regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in client relationship management and providing technical guidance to team members
