Team Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary
Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Team Lead Software Engineer will manage the VIN Decoder domain, provide technical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage and mentor a small team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Drive the technical vision and architecture for the team's domain, making critical decisions on multi-cloud infrastructure and in-memory technologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure predictable execution against team commitments while monitoring key engineering metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on production experience programming in Python
- 2-4 years of experience working with Terraform/Infrastructure as Code concepts
- 3-5 years of experience building and optimizing automated pipelines
- Strong experience in Agile development environments and leading effective sprints and ceremonies
