Job Summary
To lead a team of Business Development Managers, the full-time remote Team Lead, Software Solutions will drive enterprise licensing agreements, collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Set performance expectations for the Business Development Manager team and provide coaching as needed
- Drive strategic deals and achieve individual regional sales targets while ensuring team accountability
- Develop and execute sales plans that align with growth objectives and monitor market developments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional/military experience, preferably in technology or business
- Three to five years of experience in software, infrastructure, or services sales
- Proven success in customer satisfaction and sales achievement
- Experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering is a plus
- Strong self-confidence and commitment to learning new solutions
