Job Summary
Managing the foreclosure process, the full-time Team Leader Foreclosure Operations will initiate procedures on default loans, ensure compliance with state requirements, and verify documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and complete foreclosure procedures in accordance with state requirements
- Verify the validity of pre-foreclosure notices and research title search documents to ensure no issues with the property title
- Conduct regular compliance testing or auditing on internal mortgage processes
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in voice/semi-voice mortgage processes
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and a neutral accent
- Strong analytical and cognitive skills
- Attention to detail in reviewing borrower information and documentation
