Team Leader II, Learning and Development
Job Summary
To support a growing training team, the remote Team Leader II, Learning and Development will monitor, mentor, and ensure the success of Training Team members while focusing on instructional design, training quality, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and review instructional design content and Training Team projects
- Audit training events for compliance with SOPs and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports, offering coaching and supporting employee development
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Learning and Development with a focus on Instructional Design
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Adherence to HIPAA requirements
