Supporting Team Sales Representatives, the part-time Team Sales Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to team sports customers, manage order processing, and maintain strong customer relationships in a remote setting.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing team accounts
Required qualifications
- At least two years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce support
- Experience working with B2B customers
