Teammate Experience Operations Manager
Job Summary
To enhance teammate engagement and drive organizational change, the full-time remote Culture & Teammate Experience Operations Manager will develop analytical strategies, collaborate across departments, and present insights to leadership that improve the overall teammate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative strategies to measure the effectiveness of teammate experience programs
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design tools and resources that enhance teammate experience
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating new engagement solutions and support large-scale change initiatives
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Typically five years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret trends
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating analytical data clearly
- Working knowledge of HR technology and data analytics programs
