Teammate Relations Advisor

Job Summary

To support a collaborative environment, the full-time remote Teammate Relations Advisor will conduct internal investigations related to workplace policy violations, safety concerns, and employee relations while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal employee relations investigations and gather information through interviews and research
• Create professional investigative reports and maintain organized files of investigations
• Participate in process improvement activities related to employee and workplace safety

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in human resources or internal investigations
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse constituencies
• Excellent organizational skills for managing background information and evidence
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and support process improvement initiatives
