Teammate Relations Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time remote Teammate Relations Advisor will provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, manage high-risk employment issues, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR stakeholders to ensure compliant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Advises leaders on employee relations matters while balancing legal risk and organizational values
• Acts as the primary escalation point for employee relations concerns and determines when formal investigations are necessary
• Leads the ADA interactive process and provides guidance on workplace accommodations and leave of absence issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required
• 6 years of experience within employee relations required
• Progressive experience in human resources within a mid to large-scale organization required
• Prior Healthcare HR experience preferred
• Experience with case management tracking software preferred
