Tech Lead
Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, the full-time remote Tech Lead will design and implement reliable systems, manage team productivity, and shape the architectural direction of financial health products.
Key responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions and lead engineering efforts to meet ambitious targets
- Design and implement reliable systems within a fully distributed micro-services architecture
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party vendors and partners while enforcing observability best practices
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python
- Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) regarding transaction isolation levels and schema migrations at scale
- Strong experience with Kafka for building resilient, asynchronous workflows
- Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS) and container orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes
