Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, the full-time remote Tech Lead will own foundational systems for transactions and balances, design financial product systems, and drive banking integrations while ensuring system reliability and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions and lead engineering efforts to meet targets
- Design and implement reliable systems within a distributed micro-services architecture
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party vendors and create detailed technical documentation
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python
- Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) and experience with Kafka
- Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS) and container orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience building or improving CI/CD pipelines with a focus on infrastructure-as-code
