Tech Lead for Tetra Apps Platform
Job Summary
To lead the technical design of the Tetra Apps platform, the full-time remote Tech Lead for Tetra Apps Platform will own the architecture, manage sprint planning, and ensure production readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture of the Tetra Apps platform, including development, provisioning, and security
- Design and evolve the app runtime and security measures, ensuring production readiness and operational excellence
- Run sprint and quarterly planning, leading design reviews and maintaining commitments while supporting field engineers and customers
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical lead or architect roles
- Experience shipping and operating multi-tenant application platforms or internal developer platforms in production
- Deep hands-on experience with container technologies, particularly Docker and ECS
- Strong production experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Full-stack fluency in TypeScript/Node.js and React, with experience in API-first design
