Tech Lead - MLOps

Job Summary

As the Tech Lead - MLOps, this remote contract position will manage the design and implementation of production-grade ML pipelines, infrastructure-as-code automation, and model lifecycle management while driving architectural decisions and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD for model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Design and deploy infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for ML platform resources
• Establish CI/CD for ML artifacts, ensuring model versioning and integration testing with validation gates

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in MLOps, including architecture and implementation of ML pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code deployment
• Experience with Amazon SageMaker for automated training jobs and model performance monitoring
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as 21 CFR Part 11
• Ability to define and enforce MLOps best practices and coding standards
