To lead the transformation of IT Operations into a highly automated and AI-powered system, the full-time remote Tech Operations Manager will focus on rebuilding IT operations, owning incident management performance, and designing a Business Support engine to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild IT Operations utilizing AI, automation, and data workflows
- Own and optimize incident management performance metrics to gain a competitive advantage
- Design and scale a Business Support engine to eliminate bottlenecks across Product, Marketing, and Growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading IT Operations/Tech Ops teams in high-scale environments
- 3+ years of ownership of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
- Proven track record of improving incident management performance metrics
- Experience implementing automation workflows using tools like n8n or Zapier
- Strong understanding of the business impact of technology on conversion rates and revenue
