Key responsibilities

- Define and elevate AI-native standards across fullstack development and engineering practices
- Oversee technical governance and quality assurance for AI application and platform projects
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of engineering experience with architecture-level ownership on multiple production systems
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping LLM-powered products and applications
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in OOP and microservice architecture
- Experience in cloud-native architecture deployment on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to govern delivery across multiple concurrent teams without micromanagement
