Technical Account Manager
Job Summary
Supporting client technical operations, the full-time Technical Account Manager will coordinate online campaign processes, facilitate technical integrations, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize campaign effectiveness, with flexibility to work remotely or from the UK office.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical operations for clients and coordinate all technical issues related to online campaign launches
- Support technical integration between rtb.com and clients' e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and analyze online campaign effectiveness, proposing optimization solutions to achieve goals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Python) or experience with API integration
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Google Chrome DevTools) and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4; mobile measurement partner (MMP) knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English with strong analytical skills and a high level of motivation to learn
