Technical Activation Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the technical counterpart to sales and account management teams, the full-time remote Technical Activation Engineer will manage customer integrations, build internal documentation, and ensure successful onboarding to maximize product value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical counterpart on pre-sale deals, qualifying opportunities and determining integration requirements
• Own technical design during the proof-of-concept phase, ensuring customers have what they need to test integrations
• Build internal materials for new functionalities, including feature overviews and best-practice writeups, while representing customer needs to the Product team

Required qualifications

• Experience using and integrating APIs, with familiarity in data formats such as JSON and X12
• Proven ability in customer-facing roles with deep customer empathy
• Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle management or a strong willingness to learn
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency in responding to customer needs
