Technical Advisor
Job Summary
Partnering closely with M100 Engineering Leadership, the full-time remote Technical Advisor will evaluate complex technical architecture, drive cross-organizational alignment, and optimize operational rhythms within the engineering department.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate high-stakes technical proposals and architectural trade-offs across distributed systems
- Drive alignment and unblock complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Define and manage department-level operational rhythms, including OKR tracking and strategic milestone reviews
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems architecture, or technical program management
- Proven track record of leading cross-organizational initiatives with ambiguous business and technical strategies
- Hands-on experience with software credibility and understanding of microservices architecture
- Exceptional communication skills and experience advising senior executives
- Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to execution across distributed teams
