Job Summary
Leading large engineering programs, the full-time remote Technical Advisory Architect will oversee complex builds and modernization efforts while driving standardized delivery approaches and serving as a trusted advisor to client senior leaders in the insurance domain.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and govern large engineering programs, ensuring delivery predictability and quality metrics
- Drive solutioning for strategic pursuits, including design, development, and deployment of customer-focused solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into measurable engineering roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in application engineering and delivery leadership, preferably in Technical Architect or Consulting roles
- 5+ years in leadership positions covering Delivery, Practice, or Architecture leadership
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance domain and familiarity with insurance platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Modernization
