Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated full-time Technical Analyst, this remote position will manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of contract management systems and AI solutions, while advising customers on integration requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting and configuration for full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment
- Design and configure solutions to meet customer use cases and requirements, including workflow automation
- Define integration requirements and collaborate with customer IT teams to deliver integration solutions with enterprise platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing or administering contract management systems
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise application integrations, APIs, and middleware
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, or SAP Ariba
