Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-departmental teams, the full-time remote Technical Analyst will deliver system and data analysis, facilitate tool implementations, and drive enhancements to meet organizational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and document gaps in software programs, applications, infrastructure, and services
- Collect and analyze data for system enhancements through collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate activities to evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms to achieve organizational goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- At least 3 years of relevant system or technical analysis experience
- Knowledge of system analysis methods and evaluation criteria
- Familiarity with application development, application/data architecture, and infrastructure
- Experience with system analysis tools and techniques
