Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Analyst will perform hands-on technical analysis and troubleshooting on complex integrated systems, focusing on AWS High-Performance Compute Platform and providing primary technical support to end users.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on production support for applications running on Kubernetes and HPC clusters, including incident triage and root cause analysis
• Maintain observability pipelines and implement monitoring/alerting using tools such as Grafana and CloudWatch
• Document runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures for support teams while training and mentoring team members

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• 3+ years of experience supporting High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments
• Proficiency with core AWS services such as EKS, EC2, and S3
• Experience in building observability pipelines and using Grafana for dashboarding
• Strong experience in root cause analysis and incident resolution in production environments
