Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Technical Analyst will perform hands-on technical analysis and troubleshooting on complex integrated systems, focusing on AI Agent Automation and AWS Production Support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical support for software, data issues, and processing errors while monitoring application production and implementation support
- Design, build, and deploy AWS AI Agents to automate support tasks and integrate with observability tools for intelligent responses to production issues
- Document workflows, train support teams, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for AI/automation deployments
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Bedrock, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch
- Experience in building and deploying AWS AI Agents, particularly using Amazon Bedrock Agents
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD for automation and deployment pipelines
- Understanding of AI/ML governance considerations, especially in regulated environments
