Technical Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Architect will own the technical architecture and hands-on build for Enterprise customer engagements, translating solution designs into implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure integrations across Slack and Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and hands-on implementation for Enterprise customer engagements
- Design and build integrations between Slack, Salesforce products, and third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Produce and maintain technical artifacts to support long-term maintainability and lead technical workshops with customer teams
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in technical architecture, integration engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS
- Demonstrated experience building integrations and custom solutions on collaboration or CRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of Slack capabilities and Salesforce core clouds
- Hands-on experience with API-based architecture and integration patterns
- Solid coding/scripting ability in languages such as JavaScript, Apex, or Python
