Job Summary
Defining the target architecture and data modeling standards for the SAP Datasphere platform, the full-time Group Technical Architect will provide technical leadership across data ingestion from S/4HANA and ensure effective integration with downstream platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end data architecture from S/4HANA through SAP Datasphere to downstream platforms
- Define data modeling standards and integration patterns, ensuring effective governance and performance optimization
- Review designs and code produced by consultants, mentoring the team and resolving complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience in data architecture and modeling
- Deep hands-on expertise in SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA data extraction methods
- Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and integration with Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and governance
- Proficient in architecture documentation and presentation skills
