Job Summary
To support customer implementations, the full-time remote Technical Architect will manage the technical configuration and delivery of solutions, leading technical discovery, requirements gathering, and system integration while collaborating with Engagement Managers and other teams.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution design, and go-live support
- Facilitate requirements analysis sessions to understand customer objectives and technical dependencies
- Design integrations using RESTful APIs and configure Fairmarkit platform capabilities, ensuring successful technical delivery
Required qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise software implementations, including technical discovery and solution design
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON Schema, and SSO configuration using SAML
- Proficient in technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and diagnosing integration issues
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer goals into technical solutions
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and proficiency in Python for data analysis is desirable
