Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Client Delivery Manager - Technical Architect who will design and implement enterprise eCommerce and Order Management solutions while working remotely, combining hands-on software engineering expertise with strong client-facing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable eCommerce solutions and integrations with customer systems
- Write and review production-quality code, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide engineering teams
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, leading workshops and solution design discussions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise commerce or retail software solutions
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like Next.js and GraphQL
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles leading technical discussions
- Knowledge of enterprise eCommerce or Order Management Systems and integration challenges
