Job Summary
Driving growth across North America, the full-time Associate Director, Technical Architecture will lead the Supply Chain & Engineering Advisory team, focusing on Smart Factory solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery and technical architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the North America Supply Chain & Engineering Advisory team, driving pipeline growth and deal closure for Smart Factory offerings
- Own and evolve the technical architecture and quality standards for Supply Chain & Engineering solutions, particularly Factory OS
- Coach and develop technical talent while fostering cross-regional collaboration within the community
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in manufacturing, digital, or enterprise architecture roles
- Proven experience in Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or AI-enabled manufacturing
- Strong expertise in Azure, data platforms, and AI architecture
- Experience leading global teams and driving business growth
- Ability to engage at C-level and translate technology into business value
