Technical Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation of data flows, business processes, and integrations
- Perform administration duties across Reltio and Snowflake, including data cleanups and user provisioning
- Triage and resolve issues from business users and downstream data consumers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or Technical Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of the Reltio master data management platform
- Proficiency with Snowflake or similar data platforms
- Understanding of integration and API patterns, including REST and SOAP
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Lucidchart, Smartsheet, and Atlassian products
